La Ferme Victoire was born from the relentless spirit of our founder, Miss Marie-Victoire Aku Ahewfa Amuzu. As a single mother facing limited job opportunities, Marie-Victoire did not wait for a door to open; she built the door herself. From five years as a domestic worker to launching a cleaning service in 2014 and manufacturing LIMIE products in 2016, her journey was defined by a simple principle: Industry over adversity.
The Pivot to Agriculture
In 2018, a chance meeting with a restaurant manager changed everything. Transitioning from cleaning products to vegetable distribution, Marie-Victoire quickly scaled to supplying eight major restaurants. Driven by a deep curiosity about the source of her produce, she self-taught the art of gardening, planting the seeds for what would eventually become a 5-acre agricultural powerhouse in Juapong.
From a single acre to a tech-driven powerhouse, our history is defined by a commitment to sustainable innovation and community empowerment. Explore the milestones that shaped our vision.
Our growth began when we recruited farmhands from reliable sources and secured sponsored scholarships for entrepreneurship and farming management training. We gained opportunities to pitch our business to top investors, embraced technology to expand our reach, and implemented modern farming techniques such as irrigation systems during droughts. We also improved seed selection and introduced investment packages, helping us expand and thrive as a business
